Kare's Story ... my 45-day renewal and beyond
Visionary Artist, Author, Wellness Educator ... I have been on a spiritual path my whole life.
As a young child I dedicated my life and works to God and just asked to be shown the way.
I had always seen energy and angels and beings that others did not ... and I learned to keep quiet about it. But I wanted to know more! So by 4th grade I had read every book in the science section of my local library and still didn't have the answers. I asked for guidance ... and a loud voice in my head said, "Take one book from the right and one from the left and go home!" On the right was Religion -- and I got Song of Bernadette about the Miracle of Lourdes and on the left was Metaphysics and I got Autobiography of a Yogi--the Life of Yogananda. I went home and read and my world opened up with understanding and guidance and miracles!
Everything that I have done in my life has led my deeper and deeper into the understanding of energy and health. I opened the first Biofeedback Clinic in Ohio in the early 70's teaching stress management to patients and creativity with biofeedback to entrepreneurs validating my energy information with science.
I opened up a Yoga School in Florida and was asked to teach Yoga with Kare at the World Congress of Natural Healing in Beijing, China in '91 and studied Tai Chi and Chi Gung with 11 masters in China--the metaphysics.
I wrote a consumer alert book called "Why Are You Poisoning Your Family?" about the poisons in our common everyday products: it sold a million copies the first year.
I became involved with numerous advanced technologies for healing and taught doctors and therapists worldwide how to use them. I developed a large following in natural healing and energy medicine... as I had been involved for 50+ years counseling people on their health and wellness and sharing all plant-base products and the most advanced energy technologies. Much more, but you get the idea.
The Important Part--
So at age 73 ... still learning. But after a back injury in an auto accident, and bone on bone in my hip, I was sitting more than I should, had put on a lot more weight than I was comfortable with, was bending forward when I stood, and was realizing that I was beginning to look like a little old lady with a collapsing posture. I even found myself riding an electric cart in my house because I couldn't walk without pain.
Then a friend shared a free 19-minute Tai Chi Gung video with me …. and with it the challenge of doing it daily for 45 days … with the promise that it could change my life.
I found that these four simple standing exercises that anyone can do, made me feel really good.
I looked forward to doing them every day. And I began standing straighter and walking better. I do them twice a day now! My energy has increased, my weight has decreased (a lot), my happiness and gratitude have elevated, and I have been inspired to spend more and more time doing my Spiritual Practices.
In fact, by age 75 I have become one of the first certified Tai Chi Gung Teacher in the US!

It was in his book that I discovered my imbalance. He talks about the 8 flows of Chi or energy in the body. The first 4 are Mind, Breath, Movement, and Nutrition ... and the Movement was what I was missing and Tai Chi Gung brought that back into balance! The other 4 are Work, Money, Relationships, and Nature. He goes into great depth on all 8 of these in his book and in his teachings and his Live Ascension Workshops that occur every other month in different cities!!! About Master Lama Rasaji
Master Lama Rasaji is one of only 12 living Master Lamas on the planet …

This is what has been hidden from us for centuries. We have only been told the partial story and that has limited our freedom, our power, and our ascension.
As a young Tennessee boy who nearly died during surgery at age 12 … he was taken up by angels to meet Jesus, Buddha, Lao Tzu, Mother Mary, and to visit a Lamasery in Tibet. He was then directed to go back into his body by his teacher Bo Yang, who he had not yet met in the physical. (Listen to the video interview for Rasaji’s amazing personal telling of his experience!)
This weak child was then guided to take up the Martial Arts (he earned 4 black belts and 2 more black belts in weapons) and became a professional dancer on Broadway … where he met and trained with his teacher Bo Yang in the physical in New York City.
By age 19 he was drawn to Tibet to the Lamasary that he had seen in his childhood near-death experience … and where his teacher had to smuggle him into the country rolled up in big rugs in the back of an Ox Cart.
By age 20, his teacher trekked him high up into the mountains for a spiritual retreat and left him in a hut that had been prepared with enough wood and food and books for about 2 months. And he left him … saying he would be back with some wood. He came back 45 days later! (Listen to Rasaji explain what happened during his 45 day renewal on the video interview!)
This is why we are given the 45 day renewal today! But ours is a little as 19 minutes a day to do the Tai Chi Gung movement to awaken our chi (our energy, our life force, and get it flowing!)
Rasaji received a breathing exercise from a bright female angel that visited him during his 45 days on the mountain. This is The Lama’s Lotus Breathing Exercise that you receive when you join.
When he shared what he had learned from his challenge to his teacher and the other Lamas they began calling him Little Lama … because each of the Lamas had been given a Tai Chi Gung exercise from an angel … so that was the sign that he would be their next Lama!
His further training also took him to India for years mastering Hatha Yoga, Pranayama Yoga, and Kundalini Yoga before going back to the United States to teach his sacred regenerative science of Tai Chi Gung.
Today Master Lama Rasaji resides in Florida with his wife and 3 sons.
This is where he has been teaching for decades until he got the calling in 2020 from the Lamasery that he was the Chosen One to bring forth the wisdom and the quickening from the Lamasery to the world now!
He has been tasked with using technology, like the internet, to bring the ancient sacred regenerative arts front and center to the world at this precise time in this age of awakening … and to foster consciousness of our connection and oneness with God (what ever name you call Him/Her).
